The application for the Doctor of Ministry program is available on the DMin page.

Thank you for your interest in Denver Seminary! This application contains 6 steps and will take a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes to complete (be sure to see the checklist below for a list of all the forms that need to be completed). By applying online you only pay a $50 charge which must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover).

International Students Information: At this time, the online application is for citizens and permanent residents of the United States only. If you are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, please download the application for mailing and the International Student Packet. Once both forms are completed, please mail them to the address below. Citizens and permanent residents of the United States may opt to download a copy of the Application Forms (7,191kb). Once completed, simply return all the forms to the following address:

Checklist for Applicants

• A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required to cover the cost of processing the application materials received
• Complete Student Application for Admission (apply online now or download .pdf application for mailing)
• Christian Testimony (may be mailed or e-mailed) (.pdf file)
• Three references (.pdf file) (pastoral, professional, and personal references; please, do not give to relatives; please only request references from people who have known you for 1 year or longer)
• Church Endorsement (.pdf file)
• Signed National Association of Evangelicals Statement of Faith (.pdf file)
• Divorce Statement (if applicable)
• Spouse’s Statement (if married) (.pdf file)
• Official transcripts from every college or university attended -- must be sent directly from the school in sealed envelopes to Denver Seminary.
• Application for Major or Specialization (.pdf file; M.Div. applicants not specializing do not need this form)

Although we strongly encourage earlier applications, all applications must be on file and complete in the Admissions Office by July 15 (fall admission) or December 15 (spring admission).
