Upcoming CrossTalk Event: The Me to We Seminar

SAVE THIS DATE ON YOUR CALENDAR!
Friday, Oct. 19, 2007
Denver Seminary, Littleton, CO

Join Rick Rusaw (author of The Externally Focused Church) and Alan Nelson (Exec. Editor of Rev! Magazine) for a practical, concentrated, interactive seminar on how to move from a pastor-centric ministry to an empowering one that unleashes your congregation's potential.

Nearly every pastor in America is wondering one of two things: How can I get my congregation unstuck? or How can I take it to the next level? Research shows that in healthy churches, over 90% of people are actively involved in serving and in unhealthy ones, around 11% are. The pastor-centered church results in clergy burn-out, lack of spiritual growth, and marginal commitment emotionally and financially. In this one-day, intensive seminar, you'll discover best practice ideas of how to move from a ME to WE ministry model.

Pastors are encouraged to attend with key ministry leaders.

Content includes:

  • Implementing an empowering value
  • Developing your "to do" and "not to do" lists
  • Pastoral paradigm shift based on the Bible
  • Best practice ideas from around the country
  • How to change your church without killing it

Schedule and Pricing:

9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with lunch

Pricing $59 per participant, plus $49 per additional member from the same congregation, designed for you to bring a team of people for a more powerful impact. Special rate: $39 for Denver Seminary students.
